ok so i really like this guy, i like him so much. but i know he has been a jerk in the past and i believe he has changed but no one else does. all my friends and my family hate him. he likes me too and says he wants to ask me out. i wanna go out with him more then anything but i dont think my friends/family will be very happy about it. my bestfriend said to me today that i "dont want to hear the truth about him" and im just "blinded by him" do you think thats right? should i go out with him?

Well, if you think he has changed, I would say try it, date him. But, I would for sure take things very slow just in case he hasn’t changed so you don’t get hurt by him. And maybe if he really changed into a better person and you guys date and it works out, maybe your friends and family will see that! Good luck!
